/app/chat now runs on OpenRouter

What shipped this week.

/app/chat answers through OpenRouter. Tokens are billed on the TeamShared account at list prices, not OpenRouter's invoice. Spend is on /app/usage; rates are on /pricing. Distiller, curator, and memory_think still use the existing LLM setting.
/app/work still runs coding agents through Cursor Cloud Agents. Console chat does not.
/app/work groups tasks by project. Tasks with no project sit under Unassigned, last.
/app/chat no longer returns an empty reply or a catch-all "model is unavailable" error.
The first chat message creates a work item. Later turns reuse it. Agent input and output are stored as files on that task. Work detail has Open chat and Files.
