Named playbooks now attach when a session is ensured, not only on Cursor spawn. Memory explorer shows last recalled and recall count, with a never-recalled filter.

Work items can carry a named playbook that lands in the agent prompt on start. Agent seats cannot forget durable memory until an approval lands. /mcp streaming no longer pins the worker.

Home is a briefing. Chat binds to a task. Projects, Work, and Strategy can be run in the console without MCP. Phone chrome no longer clips. Agent seats cannot publish a file until an approval lands.
/app/chat now runs on OpenRouter
/app/chat answers through OpenRouter and bills the TeamShared account. Work tasks group by project. Chats bind to work items. Empty-reply and model-unavailable errors on /app/chat are fixed.
