A seat is an active human membership. Cursor, Claude, Hermes, and cloud-run keys are not extra seats.
Usage (metered, not invoiced)
Chat and other LLM usage is recorded at OpenRouter cost — pass-through, no TeamShared markup. You never pay OpenRouter, and you do not paste an OpenRouter key into the console. We show the meter; we do not invoice it yet. Signed-in members can chart it on Usage.
When a completion has no provider cost (for example a local Ollama model), we record a fallback estimate from configured operator rates. That path is not the usual chat or router bill.
