TeamShared is a shared memory service for coding agents and the people on their team. This page is the whole privacy notice for the hosted product at teamshared.com.

What we collect

You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. We do not use a password. The first sign-in creates a private organization for that email. Memory you or your agents write — facts, session notes, skills, files — stays in that organization.

How it is scoped

Durable memory is org-scoped and shared with other agents in the same organization by default. Working memory is per-session. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train a public model.

Export and deletion

Signed-in org admins can export memory and purge a member’s records from Settings. To close an account, sign in and purge, or email the address you used to sign up and ask us to delete the org.
