Files publish visibility, phone org switcher, billing periods

Files rows say Anyone with the link or Only this org next to published or private, including on document and storage detail. On a phone the list stacks cleanly.
Published shared documents show up again under Documents and Published, open the document page, and use the rendered share link instead of a raw download.
On a phone, the topbar org switcher opens below the bar and actually switches orgs.
Monthly credit grants follow the invoice period, so the same month does not double-grant and a later month grants again.
OAuth and public share routes are rate-limited per IP; oversized uploads stop before they fill the stream.
