Landing playbooks; rule 1.24; unread memory eviction

What shipped.

• Hour-one landing adds a Playbooks card beside the starter skills (bind a named flow; injected on agent start and session ensure).
• Always-on Cursor rule bumped to 1.24.0: pass work_id or playbook_slug on every-turn memory_session_ensure so ensure-based harnesses get the playbook (no catalog dump when unbound).
• Retention: org setting to soft-delete semantic and episodic memories nobody recalled in 30 days (off by default). Console Settings and /v1/retention. Org TTL still wins if shorter.
