Org constraints in the MCP handshake
Connected MCP agents can now see your org constraints in initialize, when you turn that on.
- An authenticated MCP initialize can include an Org constraints block from the same list as the constraints prompt.
- Automation settings get an init_constraints include/omit switch. New orgs include it under full_automation and balanced, and omit it under gated. Existing orgs stay on omit until you change it.
- The block only carries the org-written constraint text — same trust bar as writing a standing rule.
