What shipped.

• /app/projects/{id} is a dense full-viewport workspace (About rail, work table, files) instead of a stacked form with raw markdown.
• Project work-table columns stay inside the About rail; About prose wraps instead of clipping.
• Documents can use teamshared.diagram/v2 layered 3D scene diagrams (Mermaid v1 unchanged).
• Org Agents are first-class ontology entities; channels bind to agent_id per user.
• Process-run create/advance is safer: CAS on advance, immutable process graph, documented joins, playbook steps on advance.
• Cursor plugin 0.11.0 captures Agent Chat turns into TeamShared working memory via hooks (sessionStart through sessionEnd), fail-open, secrets stripped.
