What shipped.

/app Home is a hub digest across every org you belong to; the header switcher and /app/orgs directory show Personal first with copyable MCP URLs and a bind CTA.
teamshared org bind / status / unbind writes .teamshared/org; unbound multi-org /mcp sessions get a bind warning; the plugin captures into the bound org URL.
/app/chat ships the Live context rail plus collapsible Ran-command batches and a live footer.
/app/settings is redesigned (Cursor API-key connector in the stack); first login shows a Connect checklist until an agent path is done.
/docs and /connect are real OAuth-first install guides (not a hash scroll).
Memory: read-only “All my orgs” recall, namespace containers so recall stays scoped, memory_feedback (+1/−1), process-run standing/next-action, and a case-file/evidence spine. Org slug renames keep old /o/{slug}/mcp URLs working.
