What shipped this week.

• Home is a briefing, not a sitemap. You get your open work, live sessions, latest wiki, and recall health. Destination tiles are gone.
• Chat binds to a task. Pick open work from a picker, unbind back to /app/chat. Tool calls collapse under the assistant bubble instead of a JSON wall.
• Projects can be created in the console. Work list has All / Mine / Blocked, an assignee filter, and group counts. Task detail renders markdown, has a status select, and no longer errors as Unavailable on top-level tasks.
• Strategy: write a statement, start an OKR cycle, add objectives and key results. Progress bars for KRs.
• Phone (~390px): hamburger and org switcher stay. New org and Sign out move into the drawer. Home chips stack instead of clipping.
• Agent seats cannot file_publish until an approval child is done. Console humans still publish. Home also shows 7-day write committed vs dropped, and unused recall share.
