Open marketplace
  1. Sign in at teamshared.com/login.
  2. In Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add teamshared-ai/teamshared-plugin
  3. /plugin install teamshared@teamshared
  4. /reload-plugins
  5. /mcp → select teamshared → Authenticate.

Confirm tools appear under /mcp as plugin:teamshared:teamshared. Capture hooks are a separate subprocess; they no-op unless you export a minted TEAMSHARED_TOKEN from API Keys. MCP itself does not need that key.
