Hermes is a tsk_ harness. Mint an org key under API Keys, then point Hermes at https://teamshared.com/mcp. Hermes reads mcp_servers.teamshared from ~/.hermes/config.yaml — not a project-local ./.hermes/config.yaml.

Sign in at teamshared.com/login. First sign-in creates your org.
Mint a Hermes key under API Keys, or run teamshared token mint hermes.
Add the remote MCP server. The CLI prompts for the bearer and writes ~/.hermes/.env. Raise timeout to 120 and connect_timeout to 30 if it wrote 30/10 — a 30s tool timeout is too tight for hybrid memory_recall.

Disable Hermes’s built-in memory toolset (hermes tools disable memory), then /reload-mcp or restart Hermes.
