Codex uses the native plugin and TeamShared’s MCP OAuth discovery flow. No tsk_ in the plugin, and no authorization header to store.

Open marketplace
  1. Sign in at teamshared.com/login.
  2. codex plugin marketplace add teamshared-ai/teamshared-plugin
  3. codex plugin add teamshared@teamshared
  4. Restart Codex, start a new task, and connect TeamShared when prompted.
  5. Review and trust plugin hooks with /hooks so capture can run.

Codex / ChatGPT opens the system browser for MCP OAuth (host-owned — TeamShared cannot force ChatGPT’s in-app browser). Finish the email code there; the finish page hands the grant back once (not a second browser race). Manual TOML plus a tsk_ bearer (TEAMSHARED_TOKEN) skips the browser. Use either the native plugin or install/codex/mcp.toml — not both.
